I think the work that James does is priceless, and the self defence hints are too. Self defence is a potentially life saving skill, I believe it should be taught in all comprehensive schools, alongside social acceptence and wiping out stereotypical beliefs.... If you can minimise the risk of becoming a victim by doing something simple like moving your keys from veiw, locking your car, using an inside ATM when possible please do so, it would only take one incident to, at the least scar you mentally, trust me it is not nice to live your life in fear. Prevention is ALWAYS better than cure. I would also like to say that these hints are put up to keep you safe, not scare you, it is done with good intentions to make you aware of things that you may not realise without it being pointed out
